Park Medi World IPO: Park Medi World has fixed a price band of ₹154 to ₹162 per share for its initial public offering. The IPO totals ₹920 crore, with ₹770 crore from a fresh issue of 4.75 crore shares and ₹150 crore from an offer for sale of 0.93 crore shares by promoter Ajit Gupta. Bidding starts for anchor investors on December 9, opens to the public on December 10, and closes on December 12, 2025.
Key IPO Timelines
Allotment of shares finalizes on December 15, refunds initiate on December 16, and shares list on BSE and NSE on December 17. Retail investors apply in lots of 92 shares, minimum ₹14,904 at the upper price, up to 13 lots worth ₹193,752. Reservation allocates 50% to qualified institutional buyers, 35% to retail, and 15% to non-institutional investors.
Funds Utilization Plans
Proceeds from the fresh issue go toward ₹380 crore for debt repayment by the company and subsidiaries. Another ₹60.5 crore funds capital expenditure for a new hospital by Park Medicity in NCR and expansion of Blue Heavens hospital. ₹27.46 crore buys medical equipment for the company, Blue Heavens, and Ratangiri, with the rest for inorganic acquisitions and general purposes.
Hospital Network Details
Park Medi World runs 13 multi-super specialty hospitals, second largest private chain in North India with 3,000 beds as of March 2025, and leads Haryana with 1,600 beds. Locations include eight in Haryana, one in New Delhi, three in Punjab, and two in Rajasthan. Bed capacity grew from 2,550 in March 2023 to 3,250 by September 2025.

Expansion Projects
Ambala hospital expands from 250 to 450 beds with an onco-radiation facility by October 2027. Panchkula sees a new 300-bed hospital operational by April 2026, and Rohtak a 250-bed facility by December 2026. Further growth targets New Delhi, Gorakhpur, and Kanpur.
Financial Performance FY25
Total income reached ₹1,425.97 crore, profit after tax ₹213.22 crore, EBITDA ₹372.17 crore, and net worth ₹1,021.86 crore as of March 2025. Debt stood at ₹682.07 crore with ROE at 20.68% and PAT margin 15.30%.
